You should register to vote online 15 days before Nov 5th at: https:/registertovote.ca.gov

but you can actually register as late as election day, Nov 5th, 2024 with a "Conditional Voter Registration :  https://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/voter-registration/same-day-reg/

Ballots should arrive in your mailboxes starting the week of Oct 5th. There are seven 24 hour ballot drop off locations in the City of Santa Clara.
